While Mott 32 is known for lavish applewood smoked Peking duck dinners and delicious dim sum, the high-end Chinese restaurant is branching out to bring guests a new dining experience: a set lunch menu designed with the needs of the business lunch crowd in mind.
The new lunch menu launches on Monday September 20th and will offer a set three course Power Lunch with optional Dim Sum add-ons. The menu is geared towards the business lunch crowd and aims to ensure that guests can have the full dining experience in the time frame of a standard lunch hour.
“We want to show our guests that Chinese fine dining doesn’t just have to be reserved forcelebratory dinners and special evenings out. There is a way to have the whole experience, at a smaller scale, in the span of a lunch hour and at a reasonable price,” said Eric Yang, General Manager, Mott 32 Vancouver.
Chef Antonio Tardi designed the bar menu to emphasize local products from British Columbia. Lots of highest quality seafood, fresh vegetables and the finest cocktails offered in this high-end downtown lounge.
